This transparent primer with yellow tint is supplied in a mixture of acetone and toluene solvents. It is specifically formulated to enhance the adhesion of Dow Corning® 3110 and 3120 RTV Silicone Rubber to a wide variety of surfaces, especially FR-4 and metals.
