The most versatile of all Dow Corning primers for the widest range of silicones and electronic applications. This clear primer is similar to Dow Corning 1200 OS primer, but supplied in an organic solvent rather than a low-VOC silicone diluent. It enhances the adhesion of many RTV hand heat-cure silicones to a wide variety of surfaces.
