Everlube 1329 is a Low VOC, graphite based solid film lubricant which utilizes a two component high solid epoxy binder system. Everlube ®6150

 

Everlube 6150 is a thermally cured, aluminum pigmented coating with a high molecular weight phenolic binder system. This coating is recommended for aerospace fasteners in interference fit applications reducing installation force while eliminating the electrochemical and stress corrosion problems in high strength alloys. Everlube 6150 aluminum pigmented coating, qualified to Boeing Material Specification BMS 10-85E, Type I, Class A and Class B and designed to meet National Aerospace Standard NAS 4006.

 

Everlube ®6173

 

Everlube 6173 is a PTFE filled, water based solid film lubricant with an acrylic/vinyl binder system. This coating offers the flexbility to stretch and fill voids in threaded surface areas which helps to seal burred or ragged threads. Everlube 6173 also provides resistance to vibration and is not affected by water and/or most oils.

 

Everlube ®6180

 

Everlube 6180 is a thermally-cured, resin-bonded, fluorocarbon coating that contains no heavy metals or toxic substances. It is highly suited for bio-compatibility testing and Medical use. Everlube 620A is a thermally cured MoS2 based solid film lubricant which utilizes a high molecular weight phenolic binder system. This coating provides excellent chemical resistance, good abrasion and corrosion resistance. This coating is recommended for aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys and any base substrate which cannot withstand curing temperatures above 300° F.

 

Everlube ®622

 

Everlube 622 is a thermally cured bonded solid film lubricant containing graphite and other lubricant additives in a high molecular weight binder system. Everlube 622 was formulated specifically for fasteners to provide enhanced torque-tension properties, corrosion resistance and good durability for severe industrial environments. Everlube 622 is formulated without heavy metals any or toxic materials commonly found in conventional lubricant coatings.

Everlube 690 is a thermally cured MoS2 based solid film lubricant which utilizes a high molecular weight phenolic binder system. This coating was primarily developed to prevent galling and seizing for fasteners and fastening related applications. It is recommended for use with self-locking fasteners.

Everlube 810 is a thermally cured, MoS2/Graphite based solid film lubricant with a silicone binder system. This coating is specifically designed to provide lubrication in higher temperature applications. Everlube ®853

 

Everlube 853 is a water-based, thermally-cured high temperature anti-gallant lubricant containing graphite with an inorganic binder. Everlube 853 is designed to lubricate under high temperatures in aviation and propulsion applications. It is ideally suited for fasteners to provide enhanced torque-tension properties and also provides good durability for severe industrial environments. This product does not contain molybdenum disulfide, lead, heavy metals or antimony compounds.

 

Everlube ®9400

 

Everlube 9400 is a thermally cured, low VOC, PTFE based solid film lubricant with an organic binder system. This coating is designed to provide good release properties during production and assembly of rubber and plastic parts.

 

Everlube ®967

 

Everlube 967 is a themally cured, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a polyimide binder system. This coating is specifically designed to provide lubrication in higher temperature applications. Everlube 967 also provides very good chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Everlube 967 is sold to the following specifications; AS 1701 Type III, GE's A50TF303 and A50TF291.

 

Everlube ®968

 

Everlube 968 is a graphite/tin/bismuth based solid film lubricant with a Polyamide-imide binder system. This coating is specifically designed to work to prevent metal to metal contact when used in presence of conventional lubricants such as fuels, oils, greases or other fluid environments. Everlube 968 coating also offers very good thermal stability and good chemical resistance.

 

Everlube ®9800

 

Everlube 9800 is a thermally cured, low VOC protective coating with a high molecular weight organic binder system. This coating is designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance in a wide variety of environments and may also be used as a primer. Everlube 9800 also offers exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance while meeting all of the current and proposed low VOC regulations. For a water based coating, this product is very user friendly.

 

Everlube ®R-75

 

Everlube R-75 is a thermally cured, PTFE based solid film lubricant with a polyamide-imide binder system. Everlube R-75 offers very good durability and abrasion resistance while also providing very good thermal stability. Everlube R-75 is ideal for lighter load-carrying applications. Everlube® 620

 

Everlube 620 is a molybdenum disulfide and graphite based solid film lubricant in a thermally cured organic binder system. Everlube 620 provides superior wear reduction, extremely high load-carrying capacity, a low coefficient of friction and prevents both galling and seizing. Everlube 620 is also qualified to MIL-L- 25504, and BMS 3-8. Everlube 620 is purchased by a wide variety of markets, including Aerospace and Medical.

Everslik 1301 is a specially bonded solid film lubricant especially formulated for the heavy-duty industrial market. It has found great acceptance in the petrochemical industry, especially on threaded fasteners and jack screws.

 

Ever-Slik® 1201

FormKote ®T-50

 

FormKote T-50 is a lubricating coating intended for use in the hot forming of titanium metals to prevent galling in the forming operation. This product is also excellent for die casting aluminum and zinc metals. It has also been found to be of considerable value when used in tube bending or extruding. The product is designed to function as a boundary lubricant in cold forming operations and in hot forming at temperatures up to and exceeding 1500°F.

Lubri-Bond N is an air drying, MoS2/Niobium Diselenide based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. This coating was designed to be used on rubbing surfaces where electrical conductivity is required.

Lubri-Bond 320S is an air drying, PTFE based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. This coating was specially developed for the railroad industry. It provides very good corrosion resistance and performs best in lighter load carrying applications. Perma-Slik C is an air drying, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an modified organic binder system. This coating offers fast drying capibilities and is ideal for use as a maintinance, or break-in lubricant applications. It is ideal for applications that do not require a thermally cured coating. Perma-Slik C is also an excellent touch-up lubricant for many of our thermally cured products.

 

Perma-Slik® G

 

Perma-Slik G is an air drying, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. This coating provides a low coefficient of friction, good corrosion resistance, and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Perma-Slik G is qualified to MIL-L-23398, and MIL-PRF-46147C.

 

Perma-Slik® RAC

 

Perma-Slik RAC is an air drying, MoS2/Graphite based solid film lubricant with an organo-metallic binder system. This coating provides excellent thermal stability, low coefficient of friction, very good wear life and performs well in higher load carrying applications. Generally, this coating will dry to the touch in less than 5 minutes.

 

Perma-Slik® RGAC

 

Perma-Slik RGAC is a graphite based solid film lubricant with an organo-metallic binder system. This coating provides extremely low coefficient of friction, excellent thermal stability and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Generally, this coating will dry to the touch in less than 5 minutes.

 

Perma-Slik® RMAC

 

Perma-Slik RMAC is a MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a moisture-reacting, air dry organo-metallic binder system. This coating provides very good wear life, thermal stability and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Generally, this coating will dry to the touch in less than 5 minutes. Ideal for field applications where extensive pretreatments are not practical. The binder in this coating is not compatible with water and caution should be taken to insure no water is during processing.

 

Perma-Slik® RMT

 

Perma-Slik RMT is a PTFE/MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an organo-metallic binder systems. This air dry coating was specially designed to eliminate galling and seizing in fastener related applications. Perma-Slik RMT also provides very good wear life, thermal stability and performs in light load carrying applications. Generally, this coating will dry to the touch in less than 5 minutes.

Perma-Slik® RRM

 

Perma-Slik RRM is a MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an inorganic binder system. This coating was developed to lubricate components which remain in place for long periods of time. Perma-Slik RRM prevents wear, galling, and seizing in a wide variety of environments. Generally, this coating will dry to the touch in less than 30 minutes and is fully cured in 6 hours. Perma-Slik RRM is used in many rail related applications.

 

Perma-Slik® S

 

Perma-Slik S is a MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an alkyd binder system. This coating provides very good wear life, thermal stability and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Generally, this coating will dry to the touch in less than 5 minutes. The product works well as an assembly or break-in lubricant.
