What are your store hours?
Answer:              We operate Monday thru Friday from 8am (CST) to 5pm, except for nationally recognized holidays
                         such as New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July the 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Question:            Do you sell to the public?
Answer:              Yes. However, most of the products we sell are for industrial use only and may require special handling
                         or application procedures.

Question:            Do you accept credit cards?
Answer:              Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, and American Express.

Question:            Do you ship C.O.D.?
Answer:              No. We No longer ship C.O.D.

Question:            Can you ship the same day an order is placed?
Answer:              Yes. In most cases, shipments are processed the same day. All next day air shipments placed before
                         3pm (CST) will ship the same day.

Question:            Do you ship via United Parcel Service?
Answer:              Unfortunately, we have experienced an unusual number of damaged shipments when using UPS. As
                         you know, it is a hassle to facilitate and resolve damaged shipment issues. Therefore, we chose
                         to use Federal Express exclusively. As a result, we have significantly improved our on-time,
                         undamaged shipments to our customers. In addition, we are able to offer our customers an
                         approximate 5-8% savings on freight cost when shipping Federal Express.

Question:            Do you export goods outside the United States?
Answer:              Yes. We can export goods outside the United States provided that the valuation of the shipment does
                         not exceed US$2,000. Shipments of greater value must be shipped to a broker within the United States.
                         Otherwise, we ship to all 50 states and Canada.

Question:            Can you provide special packaging for your products?
Answer:              Yes. Depending on the product, we can package the product in just about any container you desire.
                         Special packaging may require minimum purchase quantities and may have longer lead times than
                         factory packaging.

Question:            How can my company open a terms account with Neely?
Answer:              You can download our open account application by clicking here. Please fill out the application
                         completely. If you have a list of references, note in the first reference “See Attached” and
                         send your reference sheet along with your completed credit application. We cannot accept incomplete
                         or unreadable applications.
