Shipping & returns

Orders received before 3pm (CST) will normally ship the same day or next day if the items are in stock and do not require special packaging or handling. We are certified to ship hazardous material via ground (D.O.T.) and air (IATA), and we currently use Federal Express for all parcel packages. We also ship most carriers for LTL shipments. All shipments are F.O.B. Mansfield, TX. Damaged shipments: On orders where the freight is prepaid (with insurance), we will file a freight claim on your behalf and provide a credit for lost/damaged materials. On freight collect (on your account), we will assist with filing a freight claim and replace material at your expense. Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unopen and in the original condition / packaging as received. After 30 days, we charge a 25% restocking fee for returnable items. No returns after 60 days.
